Baptist Union "Safe to Grow" document

Rushmere Baptist Church takes the issue of child protection very seriously indeed. We have a mature and comprehensive procedure based on the Baptist Union model entitled “Safe to Grow”. It covers, amongst other things, the recruitment, vetting and training of youth workers, and guidance for good practice.
